SHIPPING POLICY for all PURHASES in CANADA & USA over $100 is FREE
Domestic Shipping Cost:
$50-$99.99 $15 - 2-7 days
$100 and up is FREE - 2-7 days
United States Shipping Cost via Express DHL:
$100-$299.99 = $25 (USD) 2-4 days
$300 and up = $35 (CAD) 1-2days
Europe Shipping Cost via Express DHL:
$100-$299.99 = $40 (CAD) 3-7days
$300 and up = $45 (CAD) 3-7 days
Shipping cost will be added to the total cost

We take pride in meticulous quality control and inspect each garment before packaging. For orders within Canada the garment is shipped by standard expedited ground shipping and will arrive within 2 -5 days.
For EXPRESS and INTERNATIONAL orders please contact us directly for the cost and delivery times. Include your full address for accurate information.
If a package is refused delivery by the international client without prior arrangement with VENAO, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
NOTE: By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents, however where possible we will write "Gift" to describe package shipping.
Custom orders will be shipped upon completion. The design department will provide an estimate on the delivery date to you. You will be immediately notified via email regarding any changes or adjustments to the expected delivery date.
If you place a custom order together with items in the regular collection, all the items in your order will ship at the same time. If you wish to receive the non-custom order items sooner please place a separate order. All custom order items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund. The custom item can be tailored only once, shipping charges to be covered by the customer.
VENAO apparel is not responsible for processing or shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, customs and all other unprecedented delays.
